Peanut Butter Making by #CookingChombo. Instructions on the description ...

One of my hobbies is to pretend to be a chef! I love cooking, but best of all, I also love sharing my recipes (when the outcome is standar and edible)

This time I made peanut butter
for you so you don't suffer!

1st roast some raw peanuts on a
frying pan. I used 2 pounds and had them for 30 minutes on low fire.
Stir every often to avoid burning them (as I did)
Put all the 2 pounds
of peanuts on the food processor. Begin in low until finely crushed
all peanuts. Then change high and watch the process turn the coarse
peanut pieces into a moch more pasty looking mass! Once the clumps
are made into a paste, the whole thing will smoothly move together.
You will be tempted to stop it: DON'T. This is a common mistake. This
is when you need to add some salt and some sugar. I used maple syrup.
And let it run until the whole paste becomes liquid.
Once it's very
smooth, creamy and very loose, you can transfer it to a glass
container to store. The #cookingchombo
peanut butter recipe won't save you money but you will have a
delicious meal/snack!
